Kathryn Hawkins
Youth and Family Ministry Worker

Kathryn grew up as part of Normanhurst Uniting Church and has been involved here for most of her life. She attended the various Normanhurst youth groups as a child and was part of the team of volunteers (as a young adult) when Normanhurst Kids Club first started in 1993.

She has been a primary school and high school teacher for over 30 years, and as well as her current role as the Youth and Family Ministry Worker here at Normanhurst Uniting Church, she is also a local swimming teacher. Working with young people is something that energises her - their exuberance, thoughtfulness and humour are a constant blessing. Apart from working with young people she is also passionate about music, art and FUN!
